SITSARO GUISADO
I just want to share some things I learn today that has something to do with how you store your foods and I got them from New Hot Topics. These are: 1. Keep herbs on ice! Store fresh herbs by dipping in boiling water, to conserve color then chopping them up. Place in an ice cube tray with water to freeze. 2. Stack your soup! Pour broth into small freezer bags and freeze flat on a cookie sheet. Once frozen, stack them, the will take up less space and thaw in a flash! 3. Put bread in the cookie jar! A slice will help absorb moisture, preventing the cookies from going stale. If you have some more storage tips please do share.
To finish up this post I want to share a cuisine worth rebloging and I got it from Busy as a Bee and they called it Sitsaro Guisado. It looks so yummy.
