Yesterday I have watched the Junior Master Chef Pinoy Edition and their main ingredient is Duck or Pato in Tagalog.   I remember my mom cooked spicy Duck afritada for us just last week. Lucky I had a picture of it on my phone because it’s not usual to us to have that kind of dish. I wasn’t supposed to eat that Duck afritada but I got curious on its taste. I saw how my dadiyo enjoyed the food. My mom told me that it tastes like chicken it only depends on how you will cook the duck so that the stench smell of it will be removed. Woah! Guess what happened after I tasted it…? I almost ate half of the dish on the plate that was served to us. Ahahah! Thanks to my grandma she’s the one who gave us the duck meat…for those who haven’t yet tasted this kind of dish you really should try it! It’s one of the best dishes…
