Because its family day today my mom cooked something for us and she knows it’s one of our favourites and that is veggies! She prepares this dish for our lunch. It’s the Chopsuey with shrimp and quail eggs. The veggies are half cooked that’s why we love it so much. Happy tummy! .My mom is really the best! Why not try this at home and prepare it to your family…they will surely love it!

Here are the Ingredients:

Shrimp juice
Flour
Shrimp
Quail eggs
Carrots
Broccoli
Pepper
Cabbage
String Beans
Oyster sauce
Snow peas (sitsaro)
Baby corn, sliced diagonally in half
Fish sauce
Garlic
Onion
Vetsin
sugar

Cooking Procedure

Fry the shrimp. Set aside.
Sauté garlic and onions mix the shrimps, add fish sauce
Put the shrimp juice
Add carrots and baby corn
Add snow peas, pepper, string beans and broccoli and cabbage…
Put oyster sauce and flour (mixed with water and sugar), put vetsin and let it cooked for about 15mins
Lastly, add the quail eggs…
Serve hot…
