WHO LOVES VEGGIES?
Who Loves vegies? Especially dish like chopsuey. In our family it’s my dadiyo! Ahah that is why im gonna share our food for today, it’s my mom “special chopsuey with chicken liver”…every time that my dadiyo requested a food, my mom’s knows it already surely she would prepare and cooked my dadiyo’s favourite… it’s the chospuey. I love chicken liver! That’s the only thing I’m waiting for in chopsuey not the vegetables but the chicken liver ahaha. You can also put shrimp, pork and chicken in your chopsuey if you want…
So here are the ingredients and procedures in preparing Chopsuey with Chicken Liver…
Ingredients:
- Chicken/chicken liver
- Garlic
- Onions
- Oyster sauce
- Cauliflower
- Carrots
- Red bell pepper
- Cabbage
- Cornstarch
- Chayote (sayote)
- Celery
Procedures:
- Saute garlic until brown.
- Add onions, when half cooked stir chicken liver. Saute for 2 minutes and pour in fish sauce.
- Stir. After 3 minutes, add 1/2 cup water. Cover.
- When almost dry, add broth. Let boil. Season with salt and vetsin, and put in all vegetables.
- Cook until half done and thicken soup with dissolved cornstarch. Do not overcooked vegetables. Serve hot.
