BREADED CHICKEN - KITCHEN TRIPS

Maybe some of you would think that why did I make my recipe complicated. I can just use the breading mix directly to the chicken and fry it and I’m done! But for me, it’s different! I mixed some ingredients to make it crispier and yummier than the original taste of the breading mix. I learned this recipe with my mom and last Sunday my friends visited in our house and my mom prepares this fried home chicken and they did love it! One of my friends asks me also if I could cook this fried chicken and bring it in our next dinner date to their house. And I said yes!
