Starting right now, I will start my journey to losing weight.  I will not lose weight to get thinner but to just lose my big belly.  They say I have to get my body mass so that I will know what my maximum weight is so that I will have a target to reach.  But for me I think, I just need to get off some extra weight with the big fat belly gone.    I have done these already months ago but because of the summer season where food, drinks and celebration is a daily routine, my weight gained back with a little more extra.    So I just have to be strict on less food, diet, everyday exercise and some every other day light weightlifting.  This means, none of the usual tips like diet pills, shakes, liposuction, and other unnatural way of losing weight.  They say I have to quit all fatty and salty foods but I do not want to do that for I will just crave for more food.  Some say you have to eat  low carb cereal in the evening or for breakfast.  There are so many ways but you have to know which one will work for you.  For me, I will just do it small steps at a time and stick with my plan for now.  Do you have any other idea?
