BLUE FOOD – ELECTRIC BLUE LOBSTER

This is an electric blue lobster and it is a very rare lobster. The picture above is the recent image when it was caught off the coast of Prince Edward Island’s North Shore. This lobster is rare because only one out of every four million gets to have this kind of color because of mutation. It was caught by Fisherman Blair Doucette and his wife Wendy and said would donate their rare catch to an aquarium.

Everyone loves seafood, especially lobster except me (allergic ) but what would it taste when you eat this blue lobster. At least now, we really have a food that is color yellow. Correct me if I am wrong but I guess there is no food that is color blue except this blue lobster. But would you eat this if you know it is rare (hahaha).

Oh by the way, blue berry is not color blue. Have a nice day everyone.
