Last weekend my mom asked me to help her on the kitchen to prepare and cook something for my dad’s visitors because his friends will join us for dinner. All along I thought it will just be a simple dinner but I was surprised when my mom told me about the the entire dishes to prepare. When I was steaming the embutido and chicken roll, I setup my laptop and decided to play something while I was waiting for them to be done. My mom got curious and sat beside me and surprised to see that I was going to play and she was shocked to see that it is online poker on PokerStars. I saw her looking at me wondering if I really know how to play this game. The she asked me if I know how to play omaha poker which is the the Texas Hold’em similar type of poker game. I was shocked, my mom knows how to play poker.

Lately, I’ve been addicted in playing online poker and it all started when a friend of mine taught me some tips on how to win some rounds of online poker. Then, the following day I found myself playing online poker for hours everyday.

When my mom left my side, I decided t search for Omaha. I found out that it is sometimes called Omaha High. Actually it is the same with Texas Hold’em Poker and the only difference is that In Texas Hold’em there are two private cards while in Omaha there is four. Then in Ohama, players must use exactly two of their hole cards and combined it with three community cards to form their best hand.

So I decided to play and try Omaha instead of the Texas Hold’em which I usually play ad my mom was surprised to see I was playing Omaha High. I laugh and told her to get her laptop too and we both played online Omaha poker game while cooking for a dinner feast with dad and his friends.

Have some tea time everyone. I had a chance to drink green tea the other day and it is not that bad after all. We had a feast during lunch that day and I feel full and bloated. My auntie, brother and sister in law made tea and said that it is good for digestion so I joined them. I felt the difference after drinking one. Your stomach feel lighter. I decided to check on some teas on the internet and I am really shock that there is actually different kinds of tea out there.

There are too many to mention so I tried searching for tea that could help out on some illnesses. First, I searched for the words diabetes and insomnia. I found a common answer to them and that is the camomile tea. It is sometimes spelt as chamomile, The camomile tea is also best for calming anxiety or tension. It is not only good for adults who have difficulty sleeping but also for calming kids when they are so hyper or overexcited. Another benefit from this kind of teas is that it helps relax the muscles and nerves. Therefor it is good for migraines, headaches and muscle pains.

Second, I searched for the word cough and eczema and I found the nettle tea. The nettle tea is good for skin problems as well as tuberculosis and coughs and muscles and joint disorders.

Lastly, I searched for the word gallstone and I found the peppermint tea. Actually what it does is that it helps dissolves gallstones together with its other benefits and this includes aids in easing vomiting and nausea; helps in digestion and reduces heartburn, relaxing the muscles to removes aches and chronic pain; clearing congestion and coughs that has something to do with colds and allergies, relieving stress and anxiety, fighting bad breath and many other benefits.

There are many kinds of teas out there and all of them are good to your body. All you have to do is learn and know which one will suit you best.

Happy Tea.

This is really disturbing especially for us who loves food and loves to eat. In this video, Alex Jones talks about how food is being use as a tool for depopulation or to control the population. On a larger scale, he discusses how some of the foods we are eating contains poison that could be lethal to our body. These includes the adulteration of staple crops, genetically-altered species and intentionally-altered water, food and air all amount to an operation to weaken the masses and achieve full spectrum domination.

His video has a bit of politics in it, so I will just focus on food. He discussed in this video deadly toxins like Aspartame, Fluoride, GMO, Mercury-tainting, pesticides and even foods with cross-species chimeras, plastic compounds in chicken, high fructose corn syrup, cloned meat, rBGH and new aggressive GM species of salmon and all of them have entered into our diets and environments – knowingly or not. Sterility, low birth weight, miscarriages, smaller or deformed offspring, as well as organ failure, cancer, brain tumors and Death are link this kind of foods.

Personally, I have heard news regarding Aspartame but not to all what this guy have said. It could be true or not but it is worth knowing and trying to find what is true for it concerns us and our future. Poisons in our food is still POISON.

I have seen this photo ( a guy eating a Filipinos chocolate bar ) last year on my tumblr and I was browsing that I stumbled into this image again. Well I have mix emotion upon seeing this again and checking out its link and verify that it is not made by a Filipino or Philippine Company.

I do not know if I will be happy that a Spanish company named a chocolate bar after Filipinos or I would be in rage that they are using the word Filipino as a commodity. Would Americans be happy if we make a candy and named it Americans or would Spaniard be happy we named a chip Spanish? I know there are food named after the country where it came from but this chocolate bar contains no other name but Filipinos.

Check out the Filipinos website. To the fact that they have gotten the domain. A filipino or the Philippine government should have bought this domain in the first place.

Please enlighten me or am I just being ridiculous. What do you think? Hit the comments.

I like placing solar energy panels over my roof and be able to run several light fixtures and maybe appliances inside the house, the KITCHEN

I have this thing over renewable energy being place and implemented over my house like placing solar energy panels over my roof and be able to run several light fixtures and maybe appliances especially in my favorite place inside the house, the KITCHEN. I know they are expensive but it would be really cool putting that up there.

I seldom see solar energy panels being use on houses or building here but I have seen them being use on street light posts or climate monitoring apparatus over hi-ways and expressways. I am always in awe every time I passed by them.

Now, there is this company called Baker Electric Solar who have been around since 1938 but only started giving options of putting up solar energy panels to your electric wiring since 2003. If you want to have that in your structure, you could consult them and ask queries that relates to it so you will have a clear mind about it.

As a matter of fact, I have read their website or blog and from there some of my questions in mind have been answered. Like, Cost; they did not deny it and the return of investment would take up from 5 to 7 years but after that, it is like you are generating your own electric company. Furthermore during that 5 to 7 years, you will definitely have lower electricity bills. The bigger picture would be, by then you will not be dependent on the depleting sources energy.

Another question in mind, they do not last long and have to replace the batteries over and over again and a hard time disposing them. They said, all brands of solar energy panels have 25 years warranty and they have a 10 year warranty on all installation and equipment.

Some say it does not look good on your property, but for me it does look good, look cool and the thought that we are helping our environment to last more and help it to regenerate for our future generations to enjoy.

Try consulting Baker Electric Solar. It helps knowing the product if you are considering it in your property.
